RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
Return for exchange/refund should be made within 5 days of delivery. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Return for replacement should be made within 30 days. Customer is responsible for the shipping and handling fees except in the case of defects.

New Racquets: All racquets must be in new condition showing no signs of use (plastic removed from handle, scrapes on the racket, etc.) to receive a full refund.
- All new racquets will subject to manufacturer's one year warranty against defects.
- All racket must have 4 knots when you have your stringer perform stringing service for you if not warranty will void.
- Defective replacements are at the sole discretion of the manufacturer.
- Skylar Sun Sports., LLC may replace the racquet immediately if we feel the manufacturer will determine the racquet is defective.
- Racquets that have been abused, run over, damaged from heat, customized, etc. will not be replaced.
- If purchased badminton racquet is no longer available, store credit will be given in the amount of the original purchase price.
- If the manufacturer does not replace your badminton racquet, it will be returned to you along with an explanation from the manufacturer.
- Customers will be responsible for shipping charges on returned product.
- Please do not remove the string from the frame when claiming for warranty.
- Removing the string will void the warranty.
- If the manufacturer found the racket was defective after inspection, we will replace the racket with no string installed.
- This warranty claiming process could take up to 4-6 weeks.
Shoes, bags and clothing:
The items in this category also come with a manufacturers warranty. Skylar Sun Sports., LLC will take back items that are defective for up to 90 days after the invoice date.
